Vulnerability & Compliance Role

Position: Vulnerability & Compliance Lead
Location: Hybrid – Dublin, Cork, Belfast, or Galway

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Vulnerability & Compliance Lead to drive enterprise-wide efforts in vulnerability management and security compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility across multiple office locations in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the identification, tracking, and remediation of security vulnerabilities across the organization

• Monitor and report on compliance metrics, risk posture, and manage security exceptions

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in cybersecurity processes, tooling, and governance

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with security tools such as Qualys, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and CrowdStrike

• Strong background in operating system hardening, patch management, and network security

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell

• Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a vulnerability management or related security role

• Previous leadership or team coordination experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Industry certifications such as Security+, (ISC)², or equivalent are advantageous
